LiveRec accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use LiveRec, including on a phone, with a keyboard or with assistive technology. This LiveRec accessibility statement describes our goal, what we test and how to tell us about a barrier. We do not claim full conformance with any standard.

What is our standard?

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA. See the W3C WCAG overview.

What do we do?

  • Pages are checked at widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, in Chromium and WebKit (the Safari engine).
  • Touch targets and colour contrast are checked as part of design review.
  • Interviews run in the browser with a camera and microphone check in the lobby.

If something does not work for you, submit a support ticket from the Help Center: open Help in your account and choose Create a support ticket. Tell us the page, the device and the assistive technology you use.
