Mark a candidate as hired
When a candidate accepts your offer, move them to Hired from the candidate's row menu or the stage menu, then confirm "Mark as hired". They move to Hired in the pipeline for that job and your analytics count them as a hire. If LiveRec payroll is on for your company, the confirmation offers Set up payroll.
Steps
- Open the candidate list or board for the job.
- Open the candidate's row menu (or stage menu) and choose Move to Hired.
- In "Ready to hire", read what happens, then choose Mark as hired.
- In the confirmation, choose Set up payroll to go to Payroll, Workers (shown only when payroll is on), or choose Done.
Good to know
- You can undo it from the stage menu.
- You get a notification when the candidate signs the offer.
- Moving someone to Hired does not add them to payroll by itself; add them as a worker in Payroll.
