How do I change my affiliate password and notification settings?
Open Settings to change your affiliate password, choose which notices appear in the bell and update your display name, phone number or account type. Steps
- Password: enter your current password, the new one twice, and save. A strength hint is shown; the full rules are checked when you save. The password cannot match your current one or one you used before.
- Notifications: notices appear in the bell at the top of the page. Turn a switch off and that kind of notice stops appearing; turning it back on brings back new ones, not missed ones.
- General: change your display name (up to 80 characters), phone number or account type (Individual or Business), then press Save.
Edge cases
- Notices about your money or account always appear: a payout approved, paid or not sent, a tax form to replace, a suspended account or a commission taken back.
- A change to your legal name or country is a request our team reviews.
- Too many wrong current-password attempts lock the form for a short while.
- Choosing Business means your tax form outside the US is a W-8BEN-E.
