LiveRec employer FAQ: jobs, billing, team access
Each answer in this employer FAQ links to the full LiveRec article in this folder. Plans, prices in USD.
- What employer plans does LiveRec have? Standard includes 10 active listings and 15 credits a month. Professional includes 40 listings and 30 credits. Prices are shown in Billing after you sign in. There is no Enterprise plan. See employer-plans-and-prices.
- Is there a per-post fee? No. Each live job uses one listing in your plan. Listings above your plan can be added for a per-listing charge shown in Billing. See job-listing-limits.
- How do I post a job? Go to Jobs, choose Post a job, complete the steps, review the preview and publish. You need an active plan to publish. See post-a-job.
- How do I verify my business? Go to Company profile, then Verification, and enter your legal name, EIN and state of registration. Your jobs stay live while we check. See verify-your-business.
- Is two-step verification required? Yes, for employer accounts. Scan a QR code with an authenticator app and save your ten single-use recovery codes. See employer-two-step-verification.
- Will I get a refund? Purchases are not refundable, as shown at checkout. The only exception is a duplicate purchase, which our team reviews and refunds. See refunds.
- How do I shortlist or reject candidates? Use Candidates, open a person and move them between stages. Rejection can send a notice. See review-and-shortlist-candidates.
- How do I schedule an interview? Choose Schedule interview, pick a time or share availability, choose LiveRec video or your own meeting link and send. Both sides confirm. See schedule-an-interview.
- How do I get help from LiveRec? Open Help & support, then Chat with us or Create a support ticket. We reply by email, usually within one business day. See contact-support.
- Why is my job not live? A job can be Draft, Paused, Closed or Expired, or blocked by plan, payment or the live-job limit. The article explains each Jobs status and the fix. More
