What is the affiliate payout minimum and schedule?
The affiliate payout minimum is $100 in available balance. You request it yourself. Payouts are sent by bank transfer in US dollars through our payout partner, after an ID check and a tax form. Each payout is approved by LiveRec first. The payout schedule is a monthly cycle. Rules as of 30 Oct 2026. Arrival time depends on your bank.
At a glance
- Minimum: $100 available.
- Method: bank transfer, USD; transfer fees are deducted.
- Needed first: payout details (confirmed by one-time code), ID check, tax form.
- Early payouts may be limited during the pilot.
What do the balance states mean?
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Earned, in the hold |
| Available | Confirmed, payable |
| Requested | In a payout request |
| In review / Disputed | Under review, never counted as payable |
Hold length: 60 days after the commission is recorded by default (a program setting that can change with notice)..
How do I request a payout?
- Settings, Payout details: choose bank transfer and enter details.
- Complete Verification (ID check) and the tax form.
- At $100+ choose Request payout, enter the USD amount, Confirm request, enter the security code.
- Follow Payout history: Requested, Approved, Sent, Paid out.
What can reduce a payout? (Example only)
Example: Available USD 130.00; you request USD 100.00. The transfer fee is deducted, so the amount arriving is less than USD 100.00 by that fee. Separately, a clawback reverses a commission if the purchase is refunded within 60 days of your payment; a shortfall carries forward and withdrawable balance never goes below zero.
What if a payout fails?
The amount goes back to your available balance and the portal shows the payout as failed or returned. Fix your payout details and request again.
Is my payout taxable?
Likely taxable income in many countries. We collect a tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) through our payout partner and report payments. Which form applies and your obligations depend on you; ask a tax professional. IRS pages: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-9 and https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-8-ben.
In what order do things happen?
| Stage | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Commission recorded | Shows as Pending and starts the hold |
| Hold ends | The amount moves to Available if nothing reverses it |
| You reach $100 available | You can choose Request payout |
| Payout requested | Status Requested; LiveRec reviews each request |
| Approved | Our payout partner is asked to send the transfer |
| Sent, then Paid out | Arrival time depends on your bank |
Which tax form do I need?
The IRS describes Form W-9 as the way to give your correct taxpayer identification number to a person who must file an information return, for example for income paid to you. It describes Form W-8BEN as the certificate of foreign status that a non-U.S. individual gives to a payer who must withhold and report. In short, US persons generally use the first and non-US individuals the second, but which one applies to you is a question for a tax professional. The IRS pages were accessed on 31 October 2026 and describe US federal rules.
What commonly delays a payout?
- Payout details not confirmed with the one-time code.
- ID check not finished or pending review.
- Tax form missing.
- Balance still in the hold. Only Available counts toward the minimum.
- A recent refund that reverses a commission and lowers the available amount.
- Wrong bank details, which make a transfer fail and return the money to your available balance.
A short checklist before you request
- Payout details saved and confirmed.
- ID check complete.
- Tax form complete.
- Available balance at or above the minimum.
- The amount you enter is in US dollars and does not exceed your available balance.
