Wintel

• Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Monitor server health, performance, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows infrastructure issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Coordinate with application, network, security, and cloud teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and audit requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

The Wintel Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing Windows-based infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and related technologies. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency of enterprise IT environments.
