Vacant Recovery Analyst

Our Vacant Recovery Specialists accurately and meticulously determine utility bill totals for unpaid tenant usage, and research tenant disputes. We value integrity here at Conservice, so you’ll need a strong conviction to principal to succeed.

As a Vacant Recovery Specialist, you will:

• Audit vacant bills and comparing them to rent roll data to identify vacant recovery
• Record and send clients a list of tenants without utilities in their name
• Double-check bills sent to tenants in order to resolve disputes
• 15-20% of the day is spent on the phone

• Have an advanced attention to detail
• Able to explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional language
• Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel
• Can independently analyze and reason to understand and resolve issues
• Comfortable asking questions in order to further your understanding

• High School Diploma or GED
