Sr. Associate, Program Data Management

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Sr. Associate, Program Data Management on behalf of our client, an aerospace and defense company in Palm Bay, Florida. The associate manages contract data requirements list (CDRL) and subcontract data requirements list (SDRL) deliverables so they are delivered on time and in compliance with statements of work, policies, plans and program schedules. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

• Manage CDRL and SDRL deliverables and ensure timely, compliant delivery against statements of work and technical documentation requirements.
• Format documentation to internal standards, apply correct markings per contract authorization, and apply and track control numbers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing customer communication, logging, folder structures, and data transfer between networks and systems, including media burning, scanning and uploading.
• Enter data accurately into configuration management tools and systems.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, currently in use.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
