Senior Consultant - SAP S4HANA EWM

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Manager – SAP S/4HANA EWM to join our S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role will oversee end‑to‑end EWM projects on S/4HANA, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure smooth production operations while delivering high‑quality functional solutions.

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM solutions on S/4HANA for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, realisation, testing, and go‑live support.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and quickly resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with warehouse operations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and delivery team members.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and system enhancements.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑users and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, reporting status to senior management.
• Continuously evaluate emerging SAP S/4HANA EWM features and recommend improvements.

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, preferably on S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in both implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, and inventory management.
• Expertise in S/4HANA EWM configuration and business process support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior consultants.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
