RN, Assistant Nurse Manager / Pediatric

• Support the Children's Services Nurse Manager in leading daily pediatric unit operations.
• Drive improvements in patient outcomes, patient experience and patient throughput.
• Promote staff engagement and support the development of the nursing team.
• Assist with fiscal management of the unit.
• Lead and support change management initiatives within Children's Services.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 3 years of recent nursing experience in Pediatrics/PICU or NICU, including progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting.
• Active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• S.T.A.B.L.E., NRP and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Pediatric chemotherapy/biotherapy provider course.
