Quickbooks Accountant

• Maintain accurate books for multiple entities
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and balance-sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable, journal entries, and month-end close
• Prepare financial reports and coordinate with outside accountants
• Assist with occasional administrative projects

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience managing multiple sets of books
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Real estate accounting experience is a plus

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits.
