Product Analyst

Classification: Contract Contract Length: 12 months Location: Nashville, TN

• Coordinate application implementations across multiple facilities
• Participate in kickoff calls, readiness activities, and Go-Live support
• Partner with clinical teams, IT, project management, and the application vendor
• Track implementation activities, issues, action items, and documentation
• Provide end-user support and help troubleshoot application/workflow issues

• Experience in Product Analyst, Application Support, Implementation, Business Analyst, IT Support, or Customer Support roles
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Comfortable providing occasional after-hours Go-Live support
• Healthcare/clinical experience is a plus, particularly working with nurses, technicians, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare applications
