• The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children learn through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
• You'll help preschoolers strengthen early academic skills while developing the independence, confidence, communication, and social-emotional skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
• What You'll Do

• Plan and lead engaging preschool learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support early literacy, math, science, language, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence and positive peer relationships
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Guide children through learning centers, group activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions
• Observe children's progress and communicate with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
• Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies

• $22 per hour
