Pool Lifeguard

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: A Lifeguard to monitor and supervise aquatic activities. They are in charge of making sure all users follow the pre-established security measures to avoid injuries and other accidents. Lifeguards are also responsible for responding to any emergency that may occur in a timely manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must hold a current American Red Cross Life Guarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification.

• Provide overall safety for pool patrons and guests
• Collect pool passes
• Understand and have the ability to explain pool policies
• Maintain pool and bath house cleanliness
• Responsible for passing all Health Department and supervisor inspections
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
• Contribute to team/company engagement efforts

We are seeking certified lifeguards to join our team at various locations. Qualifications:

• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong swimming and water safety skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
