Office / Billing Associate

We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office/Billing Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, processing customer billing, and helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

• Prepare and process customer invoices, credit memos, and billing paperwork.
• Enter and code invoices, retread work orders, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Review billing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with management and sales staff.
• Maintain customer records and assist with general office duties.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Assist with occasional pickup and delivery of tire products or paperwork.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

• Minimum of 1 year of billing, invoicing, or administrative experience.
• Tire industry, automotive, or service-writing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Location: Manassas, VA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
