• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom

• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create a positive classroom culture using consistent routines and positive guidance
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers

• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

• The Learning Experience - Andover, MA Pay: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to lead your own classroom?
• The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking qualified Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team. We're open to educators with Infant-Toddler or Preschool qualifications and will work with you to find the classroom that best matches your experience, strengths, and preferred age group.

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
