• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed
• Maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios and active supervision
• Assist with L.E.A.P. Curriculum activities and daily classroom routines
• Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions
• Engage children through stories, music, art, movement, and play
• Build positive relationships with families and teaching teams
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for the assigned age groups
• Previous professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience preferred
• Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Must meet EEC qualifications for all classroom assignments
