भूमिका के बारे में
Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the technical strategy and oversight of automation initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that automations built on ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and other tools are well-architected, secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards. You'll be the technical authority guiding teams from design through deployment, making sure every automation fits into a cohesive, long-term platform strategy rather than becoming a one-off fix.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise automation architecture strategy across ServiceNow, Microsoft (Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate), and other platforms.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for automation development.
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap that balances platform capabilities, cost, and business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions on ServiceNow (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, App Engine) and Microsoft (Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse).
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, middleware, ESB/iPaaS tools).
- Strong understanding of security, identity, and governance frameworks across cloud platforms.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple concurrent automation projects to successful deployment.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer/Architect, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework certification.
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in ITSM, ERP, or large-scale digital transformation programs.
