What you will do:Responsbile for Executing RAC/CAC product Validation by cross collabration with CFT team , Execute test standards creation , Project execution and track RAC/CAC Product validation by solving technical isssue in product and lab. Ability to effectively communicate issues technically/functionally across a wide variety of audiences. Strong Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & DocumentationHow you will do it:

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills and understanding of testing methodologies
• Apply knowledge of HVAC testing standards like IS 1391 Part 1 & 2, IS 8148, ISO 5151, ISO 13253, AHRI 210/240 etc.

• Deep understanding of RAC/CAC air conditioner product working & its critical component functionality
• Support product certification, compliance, and regulatory approvals (e.g., AHRI, ISO, EN standards)
• Maintain & execute operations of  test lab & its facilities.
• Ablility to create RAC/CAC/Component validation test plan by understanding deign change point and execute the same in various labs with lab technicians .
• Ability to prepare project validation schedule and monitor schedule throughout the project.
• Preparation of product testting &  execution as per test plan.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for product & test lab failures
• Prepare test plans & reports for performance, cycle reliability & structure validation testing
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product engineering , Development, project managers, product owners and quality assurance to report and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Knowledge about NABL and its process for the labs.
• Wellversed with 5S & KaizenWhat we look for: RequiredBE/B.Tech. in Mechanical or related engineering field3 to 7 years of experience in new product development and validation of RAC/PAC/Component/ Compressor/Motors. Candidate must have good understanding of DFMEA/Test standards / Compliance requirmentsWilling and able to travel within and outside India for project needsPreferredExperience with HVAC/ Motors/Heat Exchangers, its components Design Quality , Product development and prouduct testing management , able to drive the testing and project. Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teamsExperience in Lab Operation managing and Testing Lab building , New labs project installations .
