Deputy IT Product Owner (SAP O2C)

• You are leading a team of experienced IT consultants and developers and actively develop the team to work in an agile organization.
• You describe the overall vision for the Order-to-Cash process chain, considering strategic objectives from mobility division (BBM) and IT (BD), overall SAP strategy and BBM mobility architecture.
• Furthermore, you actively participate in the process design, keep focus on technical aspects, drive re-usability and the usage of SAP Standard.
• You will consult User Department of mobility division (BBM) and Governance Functions in all O2C related questions and align dependencies with adjoining process areas.
• Additionally, you are an active part of the development team, you prioritize requirements and provide feedback on an ongoing basis.
• You will conduct the Product Lifecycle Management for your process chain, incl. Design & Build, Rollout, Support & Maintenance.
• Collaborating with other IT Product Development Teams and Chief Product Owners to identify synergies and drive standardization will be one of your tasks.
• You address cross-team prioritization conflicts and drive resolution with other Product Owners.
• As a product owner (deputy) you assist in defining the team set-up within E2E process, identify required competencies and ensure staffing.

• University degree in computer science or comparable course of studies (B.E / BTech and/or MBA / MCA)
• 10+ years’ experience in design/ implementation/ consulting in SAP O2C projects and as leader of expert teams
• Expertise in sales IT applications, preferable automotive background andSAP S/4 HANA know-how in SD, EWM and TM
• Entrepreneurial thinking, good communication skills, willingness to learn, pro-active and self-organized, strong analytical and problem solving skills, customer oriented, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work in complex environments
