Cloud Operations Specialist

• · Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance
• · Responding to alerts and incidents to address system issues
• · Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
• · Executing routine maintenance and patch updates
• · Implement security recommendations and maintain the security score
• · Conducting performance analysis and optimizing resource utilization
• · Identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement the cost recommendations
• · Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability
• · Documenting operational procedures and incident reports
• · Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes
• · Participate in daily/weekly meetings, work closely with the product team to deliver cloud infrastructure requirements

• B.E., MCA, M. Sc.
• 2-4 years
• Mandatory/requires Skills : · Proficiency or expertise in one of the public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• · Experience developing reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
• · Understanding /Hands-on in Containerization topics
• · knowledge of network architecture Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
• · Designing and implementation on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions
• · Understands migration approaches
• · AI Skills will be added advantage
• · Experience in customer support & ITSM process
