• The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking an experienced Center Director / Co-Director to oversee operations and maintain program excellence across our classrooms.
• Director I and Director II certification required Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required Strong knowledge of Massachusetts licensing regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills
