• Role: RPA Reviewer – Non-Voice, A2 Level
• Location: Noida, Hybrid
• Shift Timing: US Shifts 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
• Education - Graduate in any stream.
• Communication Skills: Good communication verbal and written both and good reading comprehension skills.
• Experience: Minimum 2 year ( US Insurance background )
• Key Responsibilities: Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Pre-screening for Ops round : Check basic arithmetic skills, including percentage calculations to assess analytical ability
• Average Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 45 minutes per transaction
• CTC Range: INR 3 LPA to INR 4.75 LPA
• Immediate Joiner
• Candidate Location - Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR only

Premium Audit Reviewer - Key Responsibilites

• Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Verify classifications, payroll, sales, and exposure data used for premium calculation.
• Identify discrepancies and request additional information when needed.
• Communicate with auditors to resolve audit issues.
• Ensure audits follow state regulations and company guidelines.
• Document findings and recommend necessary premium adjustments.
