Sobre el puesto
Sentinel Real Estate Corporation is an independently owned real estate investment management firm established in 1969, with a long history of institutional multifamily ownership and a vertically integrated platform that includes all phases of the investment process, including on-site property management. The firm manages a substantial portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate assets on behalf of domestic and international institutional clients.
The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance of an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties. The Asset Manager should bring sound financial and accounting skills, including experience reviewing operating budgets, maintaining budget discipline, evaluating asset and business plans, and overseeing property performance against approved budgets. The candidate should be willing to share ideas and approaches, bring relevant expertise and perspective to the team, and continue developing a strong knowledge of asset management in an environment that supports professional growth. A hands-on approach, relationship-building ability, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and embrace new technologies are essential.
