Process and respond to incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and internal teams. Ensure accuracy and quality while processing transactions and maintain adherence to defined SOPs, SLAs, and process guidelines. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve queries, discrepancies, and exceptions, with appropriate follow-up and escalation when required. Maintain proper documentation and trackers, support reporting requirements, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Process and manage incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Perform day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities in accordance with established process guidelines, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Apply accounting knowledge and principles while processing transactions, reviewing financial information, and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate stakeholder queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, including timely follow-ups and escalations wherever required.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while ensuring all assigned requests are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain appropriate documentation, trackers, and supporting records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
