  • Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts from Government Departments, PSUs, Municipal Corporations, Educational Institutions, and other Government-linked organizations.
  • Source salary accounts and liability business from government employees.
  • Drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and portfolio growth.
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government organizations.
  • Liaise with Department Heads, Administrative Officers, DDOs (Drawing & Disbursing Officers), and other decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 0-1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Willingness to travel for business development activities.
