How LiveRec works for Live Recruiters

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

This is how LiveRec works for Live Recruiters. A Live Recruiter is a recruiter or agency that uses LiveRec to find candidates, manage client companies and place people with them. You pay LiveRec for a plan. Any fee between you and a client is agreed outside LiveRec. LiveRec does not take a share of it.

What are the steps?

  1. Sign up at the Live Recruiter page, verify your email, choose a plan and turn on two-step verification (required).
  2. Add client companies and upload each signed client agreement as a PDF. We email the client contact a confirmation link; no client account is needed. LiveRec then reviews it.
  3. Post roles for clients. Jobs carry a recruiter-posted badge so candidates know.
  4. Source candidates with Live sourcing. One credit unlocks one candidate permanently, with the invitation included. Credits are held per client.
  5. Interview and manage applicants in the same portal.

What does it cost?

Live Recruiters pay a plan that sets active listings and monthly credits. Pricing is shown on the recruiter pricing page after sign-up.

Documents

Signed agreements, offers and contracts are kept seven years from signing, then deleted automatically.
