How LiveRec works for employers

LiveRec EditorialUpdated

Here is how LiveRec works for employers: verify the business, post roles, review applicants, interview in the browser and send offers for e-signature. Two employer plans are billed in US dollars with no per-post fee. Two-step verification is required on employer accounts.

What are the steps?

  1. Sign up and set up two-step verification (required).
  2. Verify your business with your legal name, EIN and state of registration. Your jobs stay live while we check. A pass earns the Verified business badge.
  3. Post a role. Roles go live straight away and use one active listing in your plan.
  4. Review candidates. Stages are Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Offered, Hired and Rejected. Filter by job, stage or match score.
  5. Interview in the browser. Optional add-ons include an AI interviewer; candidates are told beforehand. AI drafts a summary and scorecard; your team decides.
  6. Offer. Send an offer for e-signature; signed copies are kept in your contracts vault for seven years from signing.
  7. Background checks. Order a check on a candidate through Checkr; nothing runs until the candidate consents.

What does it cost?

Employers pay a plan that sets active listings and monthly credits. Plan details are shown in the Subscription plans step of company setup and under Billing, after you sign up.

Who sees candidate data?

Your team, by role and permission. Interview notes stay private to your company. Other companies cannot see your pipeline.

Visa help

Employers can request LiveRec immigration assistance from a candidate's Immigration tab; a specialist replies with a quote. LiveRec is not a law firm. See how to sponsor an H-1B.
