How do I edit a client's company page?
Open Clients, open the client and choose Company profile in the Your access to this company card. You edit the company page of a client that is a real company on LiveRec, with the same tabs an employer sees: About, Branding, Overview, Locations, Benefits & perks and Photos. The page says you are acting for the client.
Steps
- Clients, then open the client.
- In Your access to this company, choose Company profile.
- Use the tabs to edit. About asks for company name, website, tag line, industry, founding year, size and type. Save each tab.
- Choose View the company profile to see the public page. Until it is live the page says so.
Who verifies a client?
Not you. The card's Verify business (or Verification) button opens a page that explains it: verification is done by the company's owner, when they claim the company on LiveRec with their work email, EIN or D-U-N-S number. Until then the company shows as Not verified. If the owner has started it, the page says you will see it as soon as it is approved. A verified client stays verified if it claims the company later.
When is the profile read-only?
- The owner claimed the company. The page says "The company's owner now edits this profile." You can still read it, and your jobs, cases and checks keep working.
- The owner ended your access. You can no longer manage its profile, jobs or cases, and the card shows Access ended.
- Your seat lacks permission. Ask your agency owner or an admin.
The Your access to this company card also links to Immigration cases and Background checks for this client. The company's owner can take the profile over and end your access.
