Sr. Project Engineer / Food Manufacturing

• Plan, coordinate, and direct internal capital projects from initiation through completion, within the set timeframe and budget.
• Execute strategies to develop assigned projects in areas such as agriculture, marketing, or manufacturing.
• Monitor project progress, assess issues, and recommend resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Review project status and budgets, coordinate schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.
• Drive integration of, and adherence to, corporate and legal requirements in the design and construction of new facilities, processes, equipment, and utilities.
• Manage third-party resources to deliver project and business results.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Food industry engineering experience, including capital projects valued above $1 million.
• 4 years of operations experience in environments with challenging environmental health and safety (EHS) aspects.
• Experience managing third-party resources to deliver business results.
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Base salary of $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
