Restoration Crew Supervisor - Company Vehicle - Paid Training

• Lead a crew of restoration technicians on water, mold, fire and storm jobs
• Set up drying equipment, take moisture readings and make sure the job is done right
• Be the face of SERVPRO® on site – walk homeowners through the process and keep them calm and informed
• Document each job with photos, readings and notes so the file is complete
• Keep the office and project manager updated on job progress
• Keep your crew safe and follow OSHA guidelines
• Train and coach newer technicians
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency rotation

SERVPRO of Buckeye is growing and we need a hands-on Restoration Crew Supervisor to run jobs in the West Valley (Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Sun City and surrounding areas). If you've worked water damage, mold, fire, cleaning, or construction and you're ready to step up and lead, this is your next move.

• $24–$26 per hour, based on experience and certifications

• At least 1 year of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience (2+ years or crew lead experience is a plus)
• IICRC WRT certification preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, organized, and good with customers
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents
• High school diploma/GED preferred
