The Business Office Supervisor supports daily business office operations while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

• Supervise, train, and support Business Office team members.
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling, and front-office operations.
• Ensure excellent patient experiences and efficient daily workflows.
• Assist with phone correspondence, medical records, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support operational goals.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused environment.

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
