Non-Tenure: Visiting Assistant Professor

The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University invites applications for a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor position with a nine-month academic appointment, beginning Fall 2026.

We seek outstanding scholars who are passionate about advancing the field of finance through impactful research, dynamic teaching, and meaningful service. The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Conduct and publish high-quality research in leading academic journals,
• Deliver engaging, rigorous instruction at the undergraduate, master’s, and/or doctoral levels, and
• Contribute to the department, school, and university through professional service and outreach.

The Adam C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance fosters a collegial, collaborative, and research-driven environment, providing exceptional resources and support to help faculty achieve excellence in research, teaching, and professional growth.

Applicants must have a PhD Finance or a closely related discipline is required and significant teaching experience at the college level in the field or in a related field.
