Lead Ecosystem Manager

The R&D Portfolio & Ecosystem organization leads Ericsson’s R&D partner strategy across Development Partnerships and Joint Development Model (JDM) collaborations.

As Lead Ecosystem Manager – India, you will drive the growth, enablement, governance, and continuous improvement of Ericsson’s R&D ecosystem in India. You will work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to build capabilities, improve delivery performance, strengthen partnerships, and support Ericsson’s innovation and growth objectives.

• Define ecosystem roadmaps and future partner requirements.
• Identify capability gaps and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
• Develop collaboration models, governance frameworks, and business cases.
• Monitor industry trends and support long-term ecosystem strategy.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Significant experience in ecosystem management, partner development, strategy execution, transformation, or program management.
• Strong understanding of telecom, R&D, and engineering delivery environments.
• Experience managing external partners and complex stakeholder networks.
