• Experience in on-site market research for real estate asset classes like Residential, Commerial, Retail and Hospitality

Qualification – PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics; PG degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.

• Real Estate advisory – Market Research, Feasibility studies, Highest & Best use reports
• Evaluation of conventional real estate segments - Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Warehouse, and alternate asset classes (Education & Health care).
• Assist in customized presentation for clients
• Market data for evaluation of new markets and asset classes for advising clients.
