Mandatory Technical and Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
• Good understanding of M&A concepts and relative valuation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business / economic environment and M&A business
• Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Pitchbook, among others
