Billing Clerk / Clerical Support

As a full-time Billing Clerk, you will perform administrative duties related to store operations and help sell automotive services, tires, and tire services while providing exceptional customer service to every customer.

• Provide high-level customer service both on the phone and in-person

• Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise

• Accurate entry and monitoring of daily sales and invoicing activities

• Handle daily cash, credit, national account, and fleet transactions

• Handle purchase orders, billing, credit, and collections

• Provide routine cleaning/maintenance of work area as assigned

• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services

• Able to accept stretch assignments

• 2-3 years previous clerical/admin experience preferred

• Prior tire sales experience a plus

Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
