Associate Principal Consultant - SAP S4HANA EWM

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join the S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team as an Associate Manager. The role involves driving full‑cycle EWM projects on S/4HANA, configuring warehouse processes, integrating with core modules, and delivering post‑go‑live support to enhance logistics efficiency.

• Lead SAP EWM implementation phases (Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Cutover, Go‑Live) on S/4HANA.
• Configure inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, storage types, and warehouse structures.
• Design and manage warehouse orders, waves, and yard management scenarios.
• Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM modules, including Embedded and Decentralized EWM.
• Set up and maintain EWM master data such as products, packaging specs, handling units, work centers, and resources.
• Handle IDocs, RF framework, labor management, and material flow system (MFS) where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for custom enhancements.
• Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; resolve defects and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, stabilization, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the delivery team.

• 8+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations on S/4HANA.
• In‑depth knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Expertise in warehouse layout design, process optimization, and handling units (HU).
• Proven experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM (mandatory).
• Understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules.
• Hands‑on experience with RF transactions, IDocs, and MFS (preferred).
• Ability to create functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; SAP EWM certification is a plus.

• Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
• Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
• Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
• Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
